DELIVERY SCHEDULE
  • We create the proof copy in 1 to 2 business days after we receive the wording.
  • Once the proof has been finalized and order is confirmed it takes us 7 to 8 business days for us to complete the order.
  • Courier takes another 4 to 5 working days for international deliveries.
  • Domestic Deliveries within India normally takes 48 to 72 hours for delivery.
ORDERING SAMPLES
The samples can be sent to the customer on cost.
After making the selections please click on the "Add to Sample Cart" button provided below each item. Once you have shortlisted the cards you can choose to place the sample order for all the shortlisted cards which will be sent without text printing to you or if your text is ready and you want to see one sample complete with your text printing you can order that as well. You can review your selections from the Shopping cart, make changes if required and then you can proceed to checkout.
INVITATION WORDINGS
The wordings can be submitted to us through the website or through a word file. Once you adding an item to card before submitting it will ask whether you want Text Printing on it or not if you click "Yes" it will give you the options for uploading the text. It will also give you the option to choose Fonts, Motifs, Quotations and Invitation wordings as per occasion from our selections/library. If you have a specific requirement regarding the font you can email us the font name and font file and we will do the text layouts accordingly. Similarly, you can do for the motifs or quotations.
PRINT PROOF
Once you submit the words and the symbols, we create the proof and send it to you in JPG/PDF file formats. Once you have received the proof, you can suggest changes and alterations as required and we will re-work and send the proofs to you. Only once you have approved the final text layouts do we send the cards to print. Transcends URL/ registered logo is placed in small print on back side of Printed and Finished cards.
ADD ON ITEMS AND STATIONERY
We can produce matching Add on stationery and items like RSVP cards, Thank you cards, Gift Envelopes, Paper Bags, Cake Boxes, Guest Books, Favor boxes etc.
Once you let us know your interest in any of these items we will get back to you with the details of their design and specifications along with pricing and then we can take it forward from there.
For the RSVP cards you can submit your text and selection from the RSVP cards section of our website (at the bottom of each page).
For other add on items you can either choose from the range available on our website and add them to your cart or send us an email with your preferences to enable us to take it forward.
DISPATCH MODE
The general method used for dispatch of orders is Couriers. We use reputed Courier services like DHL, TNT, FedEx  for international deliveries and PAFEX, First Flight, TNT for deliveries within India. Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our office in Allahabad if so desired. We can also dispatch cards under your account number with any of the couriers we are tied up with.
DUTIES/TAXES
For deliveries within India VAT as applicable will be charged from the customer. For International deliveries VAT is not applicable in India but any such duties or charges applicable in the destination country will be borne by the customer
MODE OF PAYMENT
(A)Payments can be made through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking through our Payment Gateway Credit card acquiring company CCAvenue.com There is an additional charge of 7.5% of the total value which goes to the credit card acquiring company for the payment gateway services.
(B) To pay by Cheque or Demand Draft : Make Cheque / Demand Draft payable to KISHORE INTERNATIONAL. Cheque should be Payable at Par or a Multicity cheque drawn on any Bank in India having a branch at Allahabad UP India
The cheque/Demand Draft has to be couriered through any reputed ,Courier with tracking facility.
(C) Transfer the amount in our ICICI BANK LTD./ BANK OF INDIA/ KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK A/c . Transfer details will be sent to you on request after the order has been finalized.

PRINTING CHARGES
There is a Print set up charge and then a per card printing charge which is applicable. You can check the total printing charges applicable on your order from your shopping cart or by clicking on the button below each card which says “Click here to calculate total cost”
CALCULATE TOTAL COST
You can check out your total order value including shipping, text printing and payment gateway fee by clicking on the button “Click here to Calculate Total Cost” given below each card.
GURANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
Printing proof shall be furnished to client before final order printing. Printing on the cards shall be as per the proof approved by the client. Should there be an invitation printing error on our part we will replace your invitations at no charge. Please make sure to review the proof carefully for accuracy before approving. Once the client has approved the proof, and printing is as per proof refund cannot be claimed on any other ground. Claim if any has to be reported within 48 hours.
Invitations being a personalized product once order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned. All sales are final.
PRODUCT VARIATION
Any material and process requiring hand work may contain some natural variation. This should not be treated as defective.
Please do note, Handmade papers are made in batches and there is a color shade and thickness variation in each batch. Hence the shade of the Handmade paper used for your final order may have a slightly different shade than what is sent in your sample package. We try to match as closely as possible with the samples sent to you which may be of a previous batch of paper.
If the sample being sent to you is on a previous batch of paper- we will normally send a swatch from the current batch of paper (for each card that we send in the sample package) so that you know on what paper your card will be made if you place an order.
But there may be a time lag when you place your final order and it may be possible that at that juncture we may have an entirely new batch of paper which may result in shade and thickness variation. 10% variation in thickness and shade will have to be allowed. If we feel there is a gross difference in shade then we will consult with you before processing the order.
If you place the Final Order directly without ordering the samples – please bear in mind that there may be a distinct difference in shade of the paper and material being used due to difference in computer monitor settings. Also the photographs may not represent the actual product accurately. Although we try our best to get that as close as possible.
