Exchange Policy
We do not allow an exchange under normal circumstances as most of the items are made to order
Exchange can be allowed in case of any gross deviation from the sample ordered from us previously.
It is advisable that you order a sample from us before placing the final order to ensure such a situation does not arise.
In case an exchange request is accepted for the above reason, shipping/courier costs of the new set to the destination point will be charged from the customer. Also 3% of the total costs incurred will be retained as processing fee. New set will be sent only on receiving the goods sent for exchange.
Shipping costs to send the goods to us are to be borne by the customer. Dispatch of the new items will be initiated after receipt of the goods in good condition.
In case of urgency if it is required to dispatch the new set before arrival of the previous set full amount for the new set will have to be paid to enable us to dispatch the same. Once the old set is received by us the due amount will be refunded after deducting the original shipping charges of sending the goods to the customer, the 3%processing charges and the credit card processing payment gateway fee.
Exchange amount is original amount paid less costs of shipping original order and credit card processing fee.
All items must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and these must be packed together in a secure, tamper-proof box. We do not accept partial or used supplies or items returned in envelopes.
Kindly send via couriers with tracking facilities only. Do not send via certified or registered mail.
Return Policy
In case you are planning to place a bulk order with us, it is recommended that you purchase a sample from us first. No returns/refunds are entertained on grounds of your not liking the design and/or product, paper, color variation from the online samples.
Colors displayed on your monitor may vary from the actual product. There might be minor variations in paper and material of other grades.
Though we try our best to supply items of the same size as specified on our website, there can be circumstances when the size of the final product may vary slightly from the sizes mentioned therein. In our endeavor to provide you with the best products, we reserve our rights to make slight alterations in their size. Items once supplied shall not be taken back on grounds of alterations from the samples displayed online. Products will be returned only if there is a gross variation from the online sample.
In case you want to return the items, please send an email to info@transcends.in along with details of why the products should be returned. We will try to resolve your problems and in case no solution can be reached at, your money will be refunded.
Items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving the material. Shipping cost incurred in sending the items to you are non-refundable. All items must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and these must be packed together in a secure, tamper-proof box. We do not accept partial or used items.
7 working days are required from the date of receipt of goods to process the refund order.
